Dear Hanaa,

We wanted to thank you for helping us in purchasing our first home. We bought exactly the kind of house we wanted and are extremely happy to have this dream of ours come true.

We had no prior experience in owning a home. Everyone warned us how tedious the home buying process is. We were quite nervous when we decided to start looking for a home. In our first meeting, you explained the home ownership process step by step to us. This made us very comfortable working with you. You were always available and willing to answer the numerous questions we had, sometimes even late at night. You also advised us to start working with a lender early on and that proved to be useful later on. In fact, buying a house with your help is like doing it with a friend.

As we went around looking at homes, you were very forthright about the pros and cons of the various homes we saw. We really appreciated your honest opinion. You always pointed out little things in the house we might not notice and were on the lookout for potential flaws. Since we had never lived in a house before, it was very valuable advice for us. Once we narrowed our choice, you were very helpful in comparing the houses we short-listed and make a decision.

Like a lot of other transactions, ours was not without its bumps. When we discovered the carpet stains during the walk through, you were very helpful by being firm with the sellers and making sure they resolved the issue to our satisfaction.

The house ‘closing’ can always be a tricky time. It was great that you were following up on the various people involved and insisted that they have all the papers ready a few days before closing. Your diligence in all matters helped us clear up some problems with the HUD statement in the last minute.

Although your job is technically only to help us buy the house, you went out of your way to help us with other things too. You gave us several suggestions on how we can improve our house, provided us with an extensive checklist to help us with our move, and even put helped us get some appliances. Surely, no realtor would have gone to the extent you did.

All in all, buying your first home is an experience of a lifetime. We are grateful that you were there to help us buy and settle into our home. And the fact that the house appraised to a value higher than what we paid for was a certain bonus!

To Hanaa's potential clients,

We would like to tell you about our experience of buying a new home. When my husband and I decided to make this big decision, we went into it with great faith that God would provide the perfect home and the perfect realtor to help us find it. He did exactly that!

Our experience with Hanaa Youssef was great. The price range we were able to afford was limited and our expectations were huge but she just let us know we were not asking for the impossible. Having only rented in the past, we knew very little about buying a home. Hanaa remained sensitive to that and helped us understand everything and everyone that would be involved throughout the process. As we began to look at different homes, Hanaa was very patient with us and we never felt any pressure to make a decision before we were ready.

We are delighted to recommend Hanaa Youssef, as a real-estate agent for anyone who needs to buy/sell a home or property.
